About Rachel Bastian

Rachel Bastian is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at The Darvish Firm, APC, where she focuses on real estate, business, and trust and probate litigation.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Creative Writing from Seton Hall University and later earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.

During law school, Rachel gained experience in both public service and litigation through her work with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the Board of Supervisors Division of the Los Angeles County Counsel’s Office, as well as through her judicial externship with the Honorable Judge Tai and her volunteer work with the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law, where she assisted clients with family law matters. She also served as Chief Technical Editor for the Entertainment Law Review, managing the technical production of the journal throughout the publication process.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys cooking and baking, exploring local art exhibits, and hiking with her dog, Gigi.
