About Joseph Darvish
Joseph Darvish brings something almost no law student can claim: nearly a decade working inside a litigation practice. He joined The Darvish Firm, APC while still in the eighth grade and has worked alongside the firm's attorneys ever since, supporting them in discovery, document productions, and case management across real estate, trust and probate, business, and construction disputes. Long before his classmates opened their first civil procedure casebook, Joseph had watched those rules shape the outcomes of real cases.
Joseph is now a second year law student at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he continues his education after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. That business foundation gives him a practical understanding of the commercial realities behind the disputes the firm's clients face.
For Joseph, the law has never been just an academic subject. As the son of two practicing attorneys, he has been immersed in it his entire life, and he has a firsthand view of how cases are built and what is at stake for the people behind them.
That perspective drives his commitment to service. Each week, Joseph devotes a full day to Pepperdine's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic at the Union Rescue Mission on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles. There, under attorney supervision, he helps individuals and families of limited means resolve disputes with the IRS, including audits, appeals, and collection matters.
Outside the office and the classroom, Joseph is a devoted animal lover whose compassion for animals matches his dedication to the people he serves.
