Elan Darvish is a trial attorney and partner at The Darvish Firm, APC. Elan delivers results for his clients at trial as well as through favorable out of court settlements. His civil litigation experience includes both jury and bench trials, and he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, obtaining extraordinary results in both State and Federal Courts.

More importantly, Elan’s negotiation skills allow him to handle complex business litigation matters, including unfair business practices as well as partnership disputes.

Elan strives to provide the highest standard of representation possible. As both a real estate broker and an attorney, Elan has counseled attorneys and real estate agents on transactions. He has participated in mediated disputes as well as courtroom trials relating to real estate matters, for plaintiffs and defendants alike. Elan’s knowledge and skill in negotiation and trial strategy, coupled with his background in law and real estate, provide the dynamic and comprehensive representation needed to effectively meet his clients’ needs.

Elan also provides ongoing consulting services for lenders, escrow agents, brokers, private equity firms, and borrowers in Southern California. He serves as general counsel for numerous corporations, including brokerage firms, developers, and other businesses throughout Southern California. His litigation practice focuses on fraud, breach of contract, negligence, construction defect, trust, and real estate matters.

Elan and his wife Joanna are co-founders and shareholders of The Darvish Firm, APC. Elan is admitted to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Elan earned his law degree in 2001 from California Western School of Law. In 1997, he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
